A standard vision acuity assessment provides a baseline understanding of how clearly you see at distance and near, and it is often the first step in deciding whether eyewear is needed. This service uses recognised charts and methods to measure your visual clarity under controlled conditions. We check each eye separately and then together, noting any difference between them. The results are recorded as a simple reference point. This is not a full eye health examination, but it can highlight whether further consultation with an optometrist would be appropriate. The session is straightforward and typically takes a short amount of time.
